Expansion Lifecycle Marketing Lead

Vanta is looking for an Expansion Lifecycle Marketing Lead to drive customer growth through cross-sell and upsell strategies. In this role, you’ll develop and optimize email and in-product messaging to engage customers at key stages, ensuring seamless and effective communication across marketing and post-sales teams.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own customer expansion efforts via targeted lifecycle marketing strategies.
  • Standardize and refine messaging across email and in-product touchpoints.
  • Develop a data-driven approach to promotional messaging with a strong user experience focus.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to test and optimize content that drives engagement.
  • Report on program performance and align stakeholders on marketing impact.

What Makes You a Strong Fit:

  • 7+ years of experience in Lifecycle Marketing, with 3+ years in B2B customer retention.
  • Expertise in omni-channel campaign strategy, execution, and measurement.
  • Experience with customer communication tools like Intercom, Pendo, and Chameleon.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into marketing strategy.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce (SFDC), and Asana.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including executive reporting.
