
Expansion Lifecycle Marketing Lead
Vanta is looking for an Expansion Lifecycle Marketing Lead to drive customer growth through cross-sell and upsell strategies. In this role, you’ll develop and optimize email and in-product messaging to engage customers at key stages, ensuring seamless and effective communication across marketing and post-sales teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Own customer expansion efforts via targeted lifecycle marketing strategies.
- Standardize and refine messaging across email and in-product touchpoints.
- Develop a data-driven approach to promotional messaging with a strong user experience focus.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to test and optimize content that drives engagement.
- Report on program performance and align stakeholders on marketing impact.
What Makes You a Strong Fit:
- 7+ years of experience in Lifecycle Marketing, with 3+ years in B2B customer retention.
- Expertise in omni-channel campaign strategy, execution, and measurement.
- Experience with customer communication tools like Intercom, Pendo, and Chameleon.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into marketing strategy.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce (SFDC), and Asana.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including executive reporting.
