micro1 is engaging Punjabi Transcription Experts to contribute to a pivotal customer project focused on language and AI advancements. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Scope of Work:

Transcribe audio and video content in Punjabi with high accuracy and attention to linguistic nuances.

Annotate transcripts with relevant metadata and speaker identification as required.

Review and edit existing transcriptions to ensure consistency and quality standards are met.

Provide cultural and contextual insights to enhance the fidelity of language data.

Collaborate through written and verbal communication to clarify project requirements and resolve ambiguities.

Deliver completed transcription assignments within established project timelines and guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Native or near-native proficiency in Punjabi, with strong command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.

Proven experience in transcription or language annotation, particularly for Punjabi content.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate linguistic nuances and cultural specifics.

Familiarity with transcription tools and platforms is a plus.

Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining accuracy in all deliverables.

Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and adapt to evolving project requirements.

Interest in contributing to AI and technology-driven language projects.
